Refund Policy

Overview

OSTRAWEAR sells digital products. This policy explains your refund and withdrawal rights and how to exercise them.

Digital products

All products are delivered electronically, either as a download link on the order confirmation page or by email to the address used at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends only if, at checkout, you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. If you were not asked to confirm both of those things, your 14-day right still applies and you may request a full refund.

When we refund

We will refund you in these cases:

• The product was never delivered and our system shows no successful delivery
• A technical fault prevents you from accessing or downloading what you bought
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The product materially differs from its description

How to request a refund

Email ostrawearofficial@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the problem.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
