What You Are Buying
All products sold by OSTRAWEAR are digital. After payment you receive a download link containing supplier access information. You are not purchasing a physical item, and no physical item is shipped.
Orders, Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at the time of order. We may cancel and refund an order if a pricing error is obvious or if we suspect fraud.
Licence and Intellectual Property
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the digital content you purchase. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute it.
Third-Party Suppliers
Any purchase you later make from a third-party supplier is a separate contract between you and that supplier. We are not responsible for their product quality, pricing, stock availability, shipping or policies.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
